💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary architect of how PhysicsX develops, supports, and retains its people. You'll report to the CPO and partner with the CEO, COO, and functional leaders to shape organizational strategy. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business strategy, operating with full autonomy.

• Lead organizational design across PhysicsX as we scale.
• Serve as primary people strategy advisor to senior leaders.
• Design and execute change management strategies for rapid growth.
• Own the performance management framework and leadership development.
• Exercise independent judgment on levelling and compensation decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience as a senior HR or people leader in a high-growth technology company.
• Track record of operating as a genuine strategic partner to an executive team.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, and performance development.
