Description

In this role, you will ensure accurate insurance claim submission for our Intensive Outpatient Programs, Outpatient, and Psychiatric services. You'll work in a fast-paced environment handling complex billing workflows, reducing errors, and collaborating with teams to improve processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years charge entry and billing experience, preferably in behavioral health
• Strict attention to detail
• Knowledge of payer-specific billing requirements
• Experience navigating clearinghouses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Enter patient demographics, insurance info, and charges accurately
• Identify and resolve account errors, claim rejections, and system issues
• Identify trends in inaccurate billing and report to leadership
• Collaborate across teams to minimize errors and increase clean claims
• Reconcile billing reports and audit submitted claims
