You'll own CRO strategy and execution across paid traffic funnels in a DTC ecommerce environment. Your work will directly maximize funnel conversion and monetization. You'll collaborate with founders, marketers, and developers to build scalable experimentation systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own CRO strategy and execution across paid traffic funnels
• Build and iterate prelanders, PDPs, cart, and checkout
• Run pricing, offer, bundle, and upsell tests
• Design safe, high-signal tests with clear hypotheses

📋 Requirements

• CRO experience on paid traffic, preferably in DTC
• Real examples of prelander/PDP/cart/checkout tests
• Understanding of performance marketing interaction with landing experience
• Ability to explain why changes were made and test results

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of agentic coding workflows
• Exceptional UX/UI taste
• Experience with heatmaps and session recordings
