💼 About This Role
You'll manage the full sales cycle for Udemy's B2B skills platform, landing and expanding enterprise accounts in the DACH region. Your core impact is driving 6-figure deals by prospecting, consulting, and closing with companies of 1,250-6,000 employees. This role stands out with full ownership of a territory and cross-functional collaboration across Sales Development, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation for 6-figure deals
- Build pipeline by setting meetings with HR/L&D, Executives, and department leaders
- Land and expand client base through individual efforts and partnering with Customer Success
- Develop outbound campaigns and create accurate sales forecasts
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of closing experience to department leaders and C-suite at mid-size businesses
- B2B SaaS sales experience
- Enterprise-style go-to-market playbook with value-based selling and leveraging Solution Engineers
- Experience partnering with other Account Executives in an overlay specialist sales model
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling learning or HR technology solutions
- Fluency in German language
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise sales
