💼 About This Role

You'll analyze and improve multilingual text classifier outputs for Lightcast's global product features. You'll partner with linguistics and engineering teams to refine parsers and validate taxonomy content. This role requires fluency in both English and Thai, and involves hands-on work with SQL, RegEx, and data analysis tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and improve quality of multilingual text classifier outputs.
• Develop and refine language-specific parsers with engineering team.
• Translate and validate taxonomy content between English and Thai.
• Identify data error patterns and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Document findings and follow established processes consistently.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing English and Thai.
• Understanding of syntax and structural language analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, functions, data cleanup).
• Working knowledge of query languages such as SQL.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or related field.
• Advanced experience with RegEx for writing and debugging rules.
• Familiarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
