🎯 What You'll Do

• Review course content for clinical accuracy and exam alignment
• Provide expert feedback on errors and improvement opportunities
• Validate exam preparation across multiple certification pathways
• Collaborate with academic team and vendor to clarify standards

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in related healthcare field
• Active surgical technology certification (CST, STC, TS-C, or equivalent)
• 3-4 years of surgical technology experience in multi-specialty ORs
• At least 2 years of OR scrub experience within the past 5 years

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Health Sciences
• Multiple surgical technology certifications or specialty credentials
• Teaching experience in the subject area
