🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor, triage, and assess incidents across global markets.
• Act as command-and-control lead for major incidents.
• Coordinate recovery efforts across L1/L2/L3 support teams.
• Lead post-incident reviews and track corrective actions.
• Govern end-to-end change management and CAB facilitation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in incident, problem, change, and event management.
• Hands-on background in production support and operations.
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and SRE concepts.
• Experience with incident tools like PagerDuty and Everbridge.
• Disaster recovery and large-scale failover experience.
