You'll own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales in China and APAC, building trust-based client relationships. Your core impact is driving revenue growth for Xsolla's ad solutions in China's gaming ecosystem. This role uniquely combines gaming and ad tech in the world's largest gaming market.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle for gaming ad accounts across China and APAC.
  • Build trust-based long-term relationships with game developers and publishers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and industry events.
  • Develop tailored account plans aligned with Xsolla's product offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective campaign delivery.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital advertising sales or gaming monetization within the Chinese market.
  • Proven track record meeting sales targets and managing full cycle sales.
  • Native/ business-level Mandarin and strong working English proficiency.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Beijing, China; eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with offerwall or rewarded video products in Chinese mobile gaming.
  • Established network within China's games industry (publishers, studios, agencies).
  • Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics (ARPU, LTV, ROAS).
