Description

You will own Neon's AI enablement layer end-to-end, establishing MLOps and LLMOps foundations, delivering reference implementations, and building production-grade AI systems in a high-impact aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Experience architecting production AI/ML platforms
• Expertise in MLOps and LLMOps practices
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases
• Ability to balance speed with security, compliance, and quality
• Hands-on experience with model deployment and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Build AI/ML platform with training workflows, model registry, deployment frameworks, and monitoring standards
• Define and operate LLMOps capabilities: prompt management, evaluation harnesses, RAG patterns, agent runtime standards
• Own retrieval and vector architecture: embedding strategy, indexing standards, latency targets, cost controls
