🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize, schedule, and execute projects with engineers, design, and product
• Define team strategy and quarterly roadmap with product partners
• Mentor engineers to grow technical skills and foster innovation
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with frontend focus
• Minimum of 1 year managing a team of engineers
• Mastery of JS/HTML/CSS and at least one framework like React or Vue
• Demonstrable experience prioritizing and crafting plans

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge in NodeJS
• Experience with Playwright for testing
• Familiarity with Golang
