🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to medical information inquiries in English and French
• Document and manage requests in compliance with regulations
• Support pharmacovigilance activities including case intake and data entry
• Generate reports and KPI summaries for clients

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline
• Fluency in both English and French
• 1-2 years of experience in Medical Information or Drug Safety
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices and Health Canada/FDA/ICH guidelines

• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Experience with safety databases and medical documentation systems
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
