💼 About This Role

You'll conduct discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and design tailored Talkdesk solutions. You'll deliver compelling presentations and manage pilots/POCs to demonstrate value. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing strategy, working across product and marketing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer needs and pain points
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Manage Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot engagements
• Respond to RFI/RFP requirements and map solutions

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer in software/telecom
• Bilingual in French (spoken and written)
• Strong presentation and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CRM, ITSM, or BI tools
• Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS platforms
• Familiarity with web/scripting technologies
