Description

In this role, you will execute and improve day-to-day accounting operations, manage the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, and support process optimization and internal controls. You'll handle invoice processing, vendor inquiries, and payment runs while collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
• Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and procurement platforms (Coupa a plus)
• Experience supporting month-end close and SOX-controlled environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement of P2P workflows and SOPs
• Support process optimization and system enhancement initiatives
• Process PO and non-PO invoices in Coupa and NetSuite with proper coding
• Review vendor contracts to ensure accurate invoice setup and compliance
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc payment runs and coordinate with Treasury
