You'll serve as the attending physician for patients in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity of care. You'll leverage intuitive technology like an EHR and voice dictation for efficient documentation. This role offers flexible scheduling and no on-call requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for assigned skilled nursing facility patients.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management and quality initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Must hold an active U.S. medical license (MD/DO).
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care.
• Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Familiarity with EHR and voice dictation tools.
