Description

You will perform preventive, corrective, and restorative maintenance on critical power systems such as UPS, DC systems, inverters, PDUs, and battery technologies at customer sites in Montreal. You'll commission systems, handle emergency repairs, and collaborate with technical support to ensure high service quality.

Requirements

• 5-10 years minimum in critical power industry with UPS, DC Power Systems, or OEM experience
• Technical degree or certificate
• Advanced ability to troubleshoot faults to component level on UPS, batteries, DC systems, PDU, inverters
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Valid driver's license with clean record, willing to travel and be on-call 24/7

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, emergency services and repair on UPS systems at customer sites
• Battery replacements, load testing, and battery maintenance
• Participate in development of Methods of Procedures (MOP)
• Attend regular training sessions and use test equipment for troubleshooting
• Communicate with customer site personnel on equipment issues
