You'll lead the narrative direction for brand campaigns, developing big ideas and crafting compelling copy across TV, digital, social, OOH, and experiential. You'll shape how AI-assisted creative work is reviewed and held to a high standard, partnering with a fellow Creative Director to ensure conceptual cohesion.

Requirements

  • Hands-on maker and conceptual leader with experience developing big ideas and crafting narratives
  • Confident in shaping how AI-assisted creative work gets reviewed and held to a high standard
  • Experience owning narrative direction for brand campaigns from brief through execution
  • Ability to make judgment calls on concept, tone, structure, and emotional resonance across channels
  • Skilled in raising creative quality through systems like voice guidelines, prompt libraries, and messaging frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Concept and lead creative direction for brand campaigns across TV, digital, social, OOH, and experiential
  • Develop and evolve brand voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, and AI review workflows
  • Write and direct campaign copy, including manifestos, scripts, headlines, and social copy
  • Evaluate AI-assisted drafts with editorial rigor
  • Partner with a fellow Creative Director to ensure conceptual cohesion across copy and visual
