💼 About This Role

You'll support product development for Storyous, a point-of-sale system for cafes and restaurants. You'll help shape features by conducting customer interviews and analyzing product data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct customer interviews and collect merchant feedback.
• Assist in defining product requirements and writing user stories.
• Track feature usage using dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with engineering and internal teams in Agile ceremonies.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in product management or related role.
• Analytical skills with basic data experience (Excel/Sheets).
• Customer-first mindset and motivation to understand SMB needs.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS products or technology start-ups.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry (cafes, restaurants).
• Basic SQL or similar query language.
