🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across legal entities
• Coordinate statutory compliance and audits for international entities
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 1 year in supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Big 4 or large regional accounting firm experience
• CPA and/or MBA
• Experience in high-growth, publicly traded company
