You'll join our Commercial team and lead construction projects that power our marketplace operations. You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex fit-out and infrastructure projects from feasibility to handover. This role offers visible impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full construction lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Manage complex stakeholders across Legal, Operations, and Finance.
• Source and manage external contractors and consultants.
• Maintain strict control over project budgets and timelines.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience managing commercial fit-out or construction projects.
• Track record of holding contractors accountable to KPI and safety standards.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers in complex structures.
• Strong operational agility in fast-paced environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• RICS, RIBA, or Prince2 certification.
• Experience in food-tech, industrial kitchen, or rapid-delivery real estate.
