Description

You will support software design engineers in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software for semiconductor equipment. You'll triage bugs, manage escalation calls, work with customers to define features, and perform on-site service in cleanroom environments to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in software or semiconductor-related engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a semiconductor equipment company preferred.
• Proficiency in C++, C#.
• Effective communication in Korean and English.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Support SW Design Engineers in development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software for semiconductor equipment.
• Triage mechanical, electrical, and software bugs.
• Manage escalation calls with SW team and customers.
• Work with customers to write specifications for features and help fix bugs.
• Perform on-site service at customer cleanroom locations.
