You'll own and grow a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio of customers in a high-impact SaaS business, driving expansion, retention, and customer outcomes. This role is part of a full Account Management transformation where you'll help define what 'great' looks like.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
  • Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ€“4x coverage)
  • Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
  • Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Background in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics tech
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows
