💼 About This Role
You'll partner with Kira's sales team to design tailored AI-powered solutions for K-12 districts, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Your work will directly drive deal success and bridge customer feedback to product development to improve student outcomes at scale.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with sales to translate client needs into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discovery and design integration with existing systems.
- Support presentations and articulate platform to diverse stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation including integration guides and diagrams.
📋 Requirements
- 5–8+ years as a Solutions Architect or similar pre-sales role.
- Experience with enterprise-level sales including discovery and proposals.
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, system architecture, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of educational technology systems like SIS and LMS.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with LMS/SIS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Clever, ClassLink).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or AI-driven products.
- Experience in K-12 EdTech or SaaS pre-sales.
