You'll own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for our largest clients while building the PMO function as a player-coach leader. You'll drive measurable value from DOSS and ensure clients become advocates. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and customer partnership in a fast-growing AI-native company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage 1-2 strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end
- Lead and develop a team of PMO managers
- Identify product gaps and build solutions within the platform
- Drive automation and AI-native improvements across delivery
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in consulting, operations, or technical program management
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Strong analytical instincts and SQL ability
- Thrived in high-pressure environments like startups or consulting

- ERP experience is a plus
- SQL proficiency preferred
