💼 About This Role

You'll manage the full contract lifecycle at a high-growth defense tech company, from proposal to closeout. You'll work closely with a talented compliance team and report to the Director of Contracts. This role offers broad discretion to solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate NDAs and ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
• Safeguard IP rights in government and prime-contractor contracts.
• Maintain contract repository, dashboard, and CLM workflows.
• Enter executed contracts into Oracle ERP system accurately.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle from proposal to closeout.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in aerospace/defense contracts or subcontracts
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Familiarity with FFP and cost reimbursable contracts
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

• NCMA or WCCA certification
• Experience with Oracle ERP or CLM tools
