💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to clients and families in a Community Behavioral Health Center. Your work will eliminate cultural and linguistic barriers to mental health access. You'll join Equipo Renacer, a specialized Spanish-speaking team committed to culturally competent care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to clients and families
• Offer therapy in office, virtually, community, or client residences
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings for team-based treatment
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related area
• Independent Clinical Licensure in Massachusetts (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention competence
• Fluent in Spanish and English
