You'll own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across technical and non-technical functions at Vanta, a Trust Management Platform company. Your core impact will be partnering with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define hiring strategy and close complex, competitive hires. You'll build and scale executive recruiting best practices and frameworks from scratch.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across technical and non-technical functions
  • Partner directly with C-suite and VP+ leaders to define hiring strategy and role scope
  • Lead executive-level search strategy, market mapping, and complex offer negotiations
  • Build and scale executive recruiting best practices, frameworks, and reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience
  • At least 3+ years working on leadership level roles
  • Proven ability to handle complex compensation scenarios and close against top talent competitors
  • Prior experience working directly with C-Level executives and founders
