๐ผ About This Role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across technical and non-technical functions at Vanta, a Trust Management Platform company. Your core impact will be partnering with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define hiring strategy and close complex, competitive hires. You'll build and scale executive recruiting best practices and frameworks from scratch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across technical and non-technical functions
- Partner directly with C-suite and VP+ leaders to define hiring strategy and role scope
- Lead executive-level search strategy, market mapping, and complex offer negotiations
- Build and scale executive recruiting best practices, frameworks, and reporting
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- At least 3+ years working on leadership level roles
- Proven ability to handle complex compensation scenarios and close against top talent competitors
- Prior experience working directly with C-Level executives and founders
