💼 About This Role

You'll own the product roadmap for Jobscan's core user-facing AI-powered optimization tools and work directly with the CEO on strategy. You'll drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch, and run the A/B testing roadmap independently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for core user-facing features.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch.
• Run A/B testing roadmap independently, including experiment design.
• Collaborate with CEO and cross-functional team on strategy and execution.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Manager experience at a consumer or D2C startup.
• Independently led A/B testing roadmap: experiment design and shipping decisions.
• Prompt engineering experience: designed and shipped AI-powered features.
• Proven ability to work end-to-end without hand-holding.

✨ Nice to Have

• UI/UX background or strong design sensibility.
• Familiarity with PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools.
