💼 About This Role

You'll lead global privacy compliance for a global Health & Fitness leader with over 220 million installs. Reporting to the Head of Product Legal, you'll drive scalable privacy programs across product, engineering, and marketing teams. This hands-on role offers high impact in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as subject matter expert on global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD).
• Own and evolve privacy-by-design reviews for new products and features.
• Develop and maintain internal privacy resources like policies and DPIAs.
• Manage vendor privacy compliance and conduct privacy impact assessments.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in privacy/data protection law at a tech company.
• Deep understanding of GDPR and other global privacy regimes.
• Experience operationalizing privacy programs including DPIAs and cookie compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence product and engineering.

✨ Nice to Have

• CIPP/E, CIPP/US certification.
• Experience with digital health, wellness tech, or app-based businesses.
• Understanding of CCPA/CPRA.
