You'll provide 1:1 home health visits for adults and seniors in Dauphin County, following a designated care plan. You'll make a meaningful impact by monitoring client conditions and performing treatments like wound care. This role offers flexible schedules and great work/life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer medication and perform wound care
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Document observations using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• One year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
