🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop electrical maintenance technicians.
• Oversee maintenance for utilities, overhead cranes, and mobile equipment.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Utilize CMMS and CAD tools for maintenance planning and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree or high school diploma with 5+ years electrical experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HVAC systems, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
