Requirements

• Extensive professional software development experience
• Proven technical leadership across multiple teams
• Experience managing architecture for large-scale systems
• Track record in developing and scaling business-critical cloud systems
• Hands-on experience with Go, PHP, Java, Ruby on Rails, and Python

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and well-designed
• Analyze systems for architectural improvements and performance enhancements
• Address recurring patterns causing incidents or overhead
• Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and performance
• Mentor key engineers and lead architectural deep-dives
