Description

You will lead the global equity function at Lyft, driving strategy and execution of equity programs including RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP. You'll partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, and people teams to design world-class programs, ensure compliance, and educate employees on financial wellness.

Requirements

• 7+ years stock plan administration experience, including public companies on a global scale
• Experience partnering with Total Rewards teams and handling international equity plans including M&A integration
• Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, able to drive progress under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with cross-functional relationship building
• Very strong Excel skills; knowledge of Workday, ADP, and Schwab Equiview platform preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs including awards, grants, exercises, cancellations, and issuance in US and foreign jurisdictions
• Drive system automation on Schwab Equiview platform across Workday and ADP
• Develop and deliver employee education programs on equity mechanics and financial wellness
• Support SOX compliance and build efficiencies around key controls documentation
• Coordinate with payroll team for proper tax withholding from equity proceeds
