Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior home care, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, meet goals, and handle increasing responsibilities
• Strong team player with positive, motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
• Proficiency with computers and electronic systems

• Provide superior customer service with focus on professionalism and communication
• Coordinate client services across multiple offices, assisting with scheduling and client support
• Handle new client intakes, handle referral calls, and support backend workflow tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
