💼 About This Role

You'll triage inbound customer requests and support our Head of BD at CeiliX, a robotics startup building warehouse logistics robots. Your work ensures deals move quickly and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll start with admin and evolve into owning your own sales conversations within months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage inbound emails to sales@ and info@ with fast, accurate responses
• Turn customer requests into proposals using internal tools
• Manage trade show logistics and travel to events
• Set up Pipedrive automations to prevent missed follow-ups

📋 Requirements

• German C1+ and English C1+
• Currently completing a Bachelor's or equivalent evidence of getting things done
• Daily use of LLM tools with an example of a workflow you built or improved

✨ Nice to Have

• Pipedrive or HubSpot experience
• Event coordination or trade show experience
• Hardware, robotics, or industrial B2B exposure
