You'll support iHerb's global affiliate and referral marketing programs, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll execute affiliate discovery, recruitment, and optimization across key international markets. This role offers exposure to global campaigns and cross-functional collaboration with international teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day management of global affiliate and influencer programs
• Execute affiliate discovery, recruitment, and activation outreach
• Assist with affiliate onboarding and tracking implementation
• Create and disseminate affiliate newsletters and campaign updates

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years digital marketing experience in ecommerce or agency
• Experience with affiliate platforms like Partnerize, Impact, CJ, or Awin
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to review campaign performance data

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional proficiency in Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese
• Experience with Google Business Suite and advanced Excel/Sheets
• Experience in growth-stage ecommerce or digital agency
