You'll serve as the primary legal resource for managing strategic partnership contracting, negotiating a wide range of agreements. You'll support corporate development initiatives and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks. This is a unique opportunity to impact contracting strategies in a dynamic remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance
• Maintain databases for vendor and partnership contracts

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership
• 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or law firm
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Prior experience with M&A or complex deal structuring
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within legal department
