You'll sustain and ramp plastic injection molding production lines for Starlink hardware, enabling high-volume throughput of millions of devices. This role is critical to SpaceX's mission of deploying the world's most advanced broadband internet system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop injection molding processes through parameter optimization and DOE
• Design production layout for optimal material flow
• Drive DFT and DFM with design and test engineers
• Identify and implement automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience with plastic injection molding
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

• Experience with NX and Teamcenter
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and MES systems
