Description

You will own technical design and project execution for the Functional Integrations team at Asana, leading complex projects and mentoring engineers to ensure high quality and velocity. This role involves hands-on engineering contributions, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term strategy definition.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience working in large codebases
• 1+ years leading complex projects end-to-end or in tech lead/team lead role
• Proficient in owning and delegating technical design decisions
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and PM/Design partners
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and project execution for the team
• Mentor engineers through pairing and code reviews
• Make hands-on engineering contributions to core product
• Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering Management to define projects and strategy
• Collaborate with other leads to steward coordinated technical strategy
