💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to repair and maintain heavy equipment and aerial lifts using innovative technology like the T3 platform. You'll ensure fleet uptime and support construction teams. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry with year-round OEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of repairs

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Must own tools applicable to position
• High school diploma or equivalent
