You'll serve as the primary legal resource for strategic partnership contracting, negotiating agreements and supporting corporate development. This role impacts contracting strategies and compliance in a dynamic remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements
• Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance
• Maintain contract databases and prepare legal summaries

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership
• 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or law firm
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently remotely

• Experience with M&A or complex deal structuring
