• Translate business goals into plans and tactics for the team

• Lead and manage a small team of data scientists and analysts
• Research, develop, and maintain data pipelines and statistical models

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of industry or quantitative technical fields
• 4+ years working with SQL, R, and/or Python
• 4+ years building data models and statistical modeling
• 1+ years of people management experience
