💼 About This Role

You'll join the Binance Accelerator Program as a Content Writer Intern, crafting internal culture stories and bite-sized content for a leading global blockchain ecosystem. You'll own series end-to-end, from sourcing to publishing, supporting internal communications and employer branding initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and write compelling short-form culture stories from across business units.
• Create bite-sized "Culture Bites" grounded in company values and monthly themes.
• Adapt and publish culture content across internal and external channels.
• Support ad-hoc internal communications tasks like AMAs and talent campaigns.

📋 Requirements

• 4 days per week for 6 months availability.
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or related fields.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong narrative instinct.
• Proactive self-starter comfortable sourcing candidates and running structured interviews.
