💼 About This Role

You'll recruit IT service providers, MSPs, and consulting firms into Secureframe's partner program through high-volume outbound and inbound engagement. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to provisioning, driving partner ecosystem growth for a fast-growing compliance platform. This role offers clear ownership and impact in a dynamic startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and Zoom
  • Qualify inbound partner leads and conduct initial discovery conversations
  • Manage partner recruitment lifecycle from first touch to provisioning
  • Track all outreach and outcomes in CRM

📋 Requirements

  • High-volume demand generation or sales development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM experience to track activity and performance
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Channel partner or MSP experience
  • Security, compliance, or SaaS platform familiarity
