You'll recruit IT service providers, MSPs, and consulting firms into Secureframe's partner program through high-volume outbound and inbound engagement. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to provisioning, driving partner ecosystem growth for a fast-growing compliance platform. This role offers clear ownership and impact in a dynamic startup environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and Zoom
- Qualify inbound partner leads and conduct initial discovery conversations
- Manage partner recruitment lifecycle from first touch to provisioning
- Track all outreach and outcomes in CRM
📋 Requirements
- High-volume demand generation or sales development experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM experience to track activity and performance
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities

- Channel partner or MSP experience
- Security, compliance, or SaaS platform familiarity
