💼 About This Role

You'll join the maintenance team at Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, ensuring industrial cooking and food processing equipment runs reliably. You'll focus on maximising uptime and system reliability through hands-on mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration work. This role offers involvement in technical projects and knowledge sharing with junior technicians.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conveyors, automation, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults including PLC, sensors, and drive technology.
• Conduct root-cause analysis (e.g., 5-Why) on equipment failures.
• Support technical projects, commissioning, audits, and safety checks.

📋 Requirements

• Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electronics technician.
• Several years of experience in maintenance of automation, conveyor, or refrigeration technology.
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, electrics, and pneumatics with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and schematics.

• Experience with PLC systems, sensors, drive technology, and CMMS.
• Knowledge of LOTO processes and safety regulations.
• Experience with RCA or 5-Why methods.
