You'll deliver VIP travel management to senior leaders and executives, providing highly personalized service in a fast-paced environment. You'll act as a trusted advisor managing complex itineraries while balancing premium service with operational KPIs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end executive travel bookings
• Provide expert recommendations on air, hotel, ground transport
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision
• Build long-term relationships with executive travellers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of high-touch premium customer service experience
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics
• Exceptional communication with polished, discreet style

• Experience supporting C-suite or high-net-worth individuals
• Exposure to out-of-hours or follow-the-sun travel support
