You'll partner with Product and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into complex email and SMS campaigns using Customer.io. You will own end-to-end campaign configuration and lead rigorous QA for every launch. This role offers the chance to redefine healthcare as part of a mission-driven Series C startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Translate business requirements into Customer.io campaigns, including email and SMS workflows.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns with accurate logic, triggers, and segmentation.
  • Lead QA processes for every campaign launch to ensure error-free execution.
  • Monitor deliverability, audience health, and campaign performance, proposing improvements.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in consumer lifecycle, email, or marketing roles.
  • Experience with email marketing tools or CRM platforms like Customer.io.
  • Ability to organize and work with performance data for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in cross-functional project coordination involving marketing, product, or data teams.

  • Familiarity with personalization strategies like dynamic content blocks or Liquid.
  • Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven email experimentation.
  • Understanding of complex segmentation and personalization logic.
