💼 About This Role

You'll join the RainFocus Client Success team to drive post-sale client implementations of our event management platform. You'll work with Solution Architects and clients to configure solutions and educate on platform best practices. This role offers exposure to Fortune 500 clients in a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train client admins on the RainFocus platform
• Configure RainFocus platform to meet client requirements
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans
• Balance priorities across multiple client assignments

📋 Requirements

• Has software implementation experience (less than 3 years)
• Ability to think strategically to ensure solution supports business goals
• Ability to perform consistently under pressure
• Must be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for Enterprise level clients
• Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON
