🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in home settings.
• Assess client conditions including vital signs and seizure monitoring.
• Manage gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators.
• Document care and communicate with the care team.

📋 Requirements

• Valid Texas LVN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

• 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN.
