Requirements

• 10+ years of product operations or program management experience with high-complexity enterprise-wide programs
• Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and Product Development Lifecycles
• Ability to assimilate different viewpoints and create shared understanding
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with influence without authority
• Experience in remote-first environment with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs from problem definition to customer impact
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on outcomes and remove obstacles
• Establish best practices for planning, execution, governance, and data-driven decision making
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and communication through shared understanding
• Identify organizational problems and define programs, processes, and tools to achieve goals
