💼 About This Role

You'll lead EDI operations including vendor onboarding, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution for an e-commerce company specializing in HVAC and plumbing supplies. You'll ensure seamless integration between EDI platforms, internal ERP systems, and business operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and own the relationship with third-party EDI providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate configuration, testing, and maintenance of EDI transactions with trading partners.
• Proactively monitor daily EDI transmissions to identify failures and coordinate reprocessing.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and third-party EDI provider.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new vendors into the EDI program.
• Track EDI performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience with EDI systems and trading partner onboarding.
• Strong working knowledge of EDI document types (850, 855, 856, 810).
• Experience troubleshooting across EDI platforms, ERP systems, and order management tools.

• Experience with EDI service providers such as LBMX or TrueCommerce.
